🚀 Getting Started

Creating Your First Board

1. Open Cloudboard and sign in
2. Tap "New Board" or "Create Your First Board"
3. Give your board a name (e.g., "Math Study Session")
4. Start drawing, writing, or importing images!

Inviting Friends to Collaborate

1. Create or open a board
2. Find the board's Join Code (displayed in the board list)
3. Share the code with friends
4. They tap "Join Board with Code" and enter your code
5. Start collaborating in real-time!

Drawing Tools

• Pen: Draw freehand with Apple Pencil or finger
• Shapes: Create perfect rectangles, circles, triangles, lines, and arrows
• Eraser: Remove content
• Colors: Choose from a variety of colors

AI Tutor (Lumen)

Tap the ✨ sparkle icon to get step-by-step help on any problem you've drawn on the board. Works for math, physics, chemistry, and more!

Voice Chat

Tap the microphone icon to start voice chat with everyone in your board. Perfect for study sessions and tutoring.

Folders & Organization

Save important work to folders. Create folders for different subjects, projects, or classes.

🔧 Troubleshooting

Can't Join a Room?

• Double-check the room code for typos
• Make sure you're connected to the internet
• Check if the room is full (max 6 users per room)
• Ask the room creator to verify the code is correct

Not Seeing Collaborator's Drawings?

• Check your internet connection
• Make sure both users are on the same page (check page number at bottom)
• Try tapping "Refresh" if available
• Close and reopen the board

Voice Chat Not Working?

• Check microphone permissions in iOS Settings → Cloudboard
• Make sure you're not muted (check the mic icon)
• Try leaving and rejoining the room
• Restart the app if issues persist

Lost Your Work?

• Check your Folders — work is auto-saved there
• Look in the "Offline Work" folder if you were offline
• Check different pages (swipe left/right at the bottom)

💳 Subscription & Billing

Managing Your Subscription

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:

1. Open iOS Settings
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find "Cloudboard Premium"
5. Manage, cancel, or change your subscription

Free Trial

Cloudboard Premium includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.

Refund Requests

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

👤 Account Help

Forgot Password?

1. On the login screen, tap "Reset Password"
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for the reset link
4. Follow the link to create a new password

Delete Account

To permanently delete your account and all data:

1. Open Cloudboard
2. Tap Settings (gear icon)
3. Scroll to "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion

⚠️ Warning: This action cannot be undone. All your boards, drawings, and data will be permanently deleted.

• iOS: Requires iOS 18.0 or later
• macOS: Requires macOS 15.0 or later (Apple Silicon)
• Internet: Required for collaboration features
• Recommended: Apple Pencil for best drawing experience
